I liked the energy of cooking the action the camaraderie. I often compare the kitchen to sports and compare the chef to a coach. There are a lot of similarities to it.
And obviously as a as one who likes to travel around myself a lot I think...
And one thing I definitely enjoyed personally from a selfish point of view...
And that's what I truly believe that we're doing when we're advancing...
