Motivation is everything. You can do the work of two people but you can't be two people. Instead you have to inspire the next guy down the line and get him to inspire his people.
I don't believe in the so-called Olympic spirit. I speak from personal experience. When China hosted the Games it failed to include the people. The event was constructed without regard for their joy.
