In motivating people you've got to engage their minds and their hearts. I motivate people I hope by example - and perhaps by excitement by having productive ideas to make others feel involved.
As human beings we are endowed with freedom of choice and we cannot shuffle off our responsibility upon the shoulders of God or nature. We must shoulder it ourselves. It is our responsibility.
