The inequalities are greater now than in '92. Some states have equalized per-pupil spending but they set the 'equal level' very low so that wealthy districts simply raise extra money privately.
When I stand before God at the end of my life I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left and could say 'I used everything you gave me'.
