Most of the people I know who work out seriously do so because they have such an amazing outlook on life. To be who I want to be I'm going to work out to be more positive more active. It's proactive.
The ignorant mind with its infinite afflictions passions and evils is rooted in the three poisons. Greed anger and delusion.
Not engaging in ignorance is wisdom.
The Dharma is the truth that all natures are pure.
Only one person in a million becomes enlightened without a teacher's help.
I'm horrible in the mornings. I'm grumpy.
Just get out. Just leave.
