The diversity in the faculties of men from which the rights of property originate is not less an insuperable obstacle to an uniformity of interests. The protection of these faculties is the first object of government.
The result was of course that today tragically more than 40 million Americans don't have health insurance and for many not having health insurance means they don't have access to good health care.
