For years I never knowingly went on a holiday. When I travelled it was for work. Now I am a huge advocate particularly to places which have amazing wildlife such as Antarctica India and Patagonia.
I don't think American poetry has gotten any better in the past 35 years. Oddly enough creative writing programs seem to have been good for fiction and I would not have predicted that.
