I can only note that the past is beautiful because one never realises an emotion at the time. It expands later and thus we don't have complete emotions about the present only about the past.
He that desireth to acquire any art or science seeketh first those means by which that art or science is obtained. If we ought to do so in things natural and earthly how much more then in spiritual?
