If the machine of government is of such a nature that it requires you to be the agent of injustice to another then I say break the law.
There's a difference between a failure and a fiasco... a fiasco is a disaster of mythic proportions.
Failure is simply the non-presence of success. But a fiasco is a disaster of mythic proportions.
