Everybody just asks me 'Are you going to make Hollywood movies now?' First I don't know. Second I never dreamed about that I just dreamed about making movies with Tarantino. So if I can make movies with a lot of amazing directors - yes.

I'll watch a Pixar movie over and over and over again. I'll be with friends of mine who have kids that want to watch 'Finding Nemo ' and I'm like 'Yeah okay let's watch 'Nemo' again for the seven billionth time! ' because they're amazing movies.

I think Paul Newman had an amazing career. I also love what Tom Hanks has done. He has always made very grounded movies that have something to say. He has found a way to make blockbusters that are about something and that is what I want to do.

I still think that movies are amazing I respect actors and directors.

I mean why am I considered an 'it girl?' Because I'm in a lot of movies right now or am on the covers of magazines? I just hope there is something solid behind that. Because here's the thing with 'it girl' status. It's great and amazing that anybody is saying that at all. But how long does that last?

Bruce Lee was very famous. I watched his movies and he is amazing. He is a martial arts master his philosophy his movement both physically and mentally were very strong.

Alone is a much better film than House of the Dead and better than most horror movies out today.

You watch an old 'Jeopardy!' and the categories alone are very plain. 'Poetry ' or 'Movies ' or 'Physics.' If you watch it now though there'll be a theme board where the categories are all Hitchcock movies. Lots more jokes lots more high-concept categories and questions.

When I was old enough to go to movies alone I got to see 'Frankenstein' and 'Dracula' on the big screen. I just fell in love with them.

I may be alone in this but I do sense the power of film in that movies have the ability to literally change people's minds. That's pretty powerful stuff when you consider that.

Being alone is scarier than any boogey man and the reason why I don't choose to see Horror movies as a rule.

Where I come from it was a heresy to say you wanted to be in movies leave alone American movies.

Some of my foster families used to send me to the movies to get me out of the house and there I'd sit all day and way into the night. Up in front there with the screen so big a little kid all alone and I loved it. I loved anything that moved up there and I didn't miss anything that happened and there was no popcorn either.

People pay to see movies with women looking beautiful but I think there will be a place for me to play women looking my own age.

I happen to be interested in watching a face age. I like faces of women aging so it makes me personally quite sad. That's a beautiful gift from God. If people don't want to see that anymore then I won't be in anymore movies.

Working on the 'Ice Age' movies I'm really proud to be in them.

No but way before that I've been doing little dances in movies for years. Yeah that was an amazing chance. You know at my age to be able to do a music dance video very unusual.

I feel like a lot of the female relationships I see on TV or in movies are in some way free of the kind of jealousy and anxiety and posturing that has been such a huge part of my female friendships which I hope lessens a little bit with age.
