I don't like formal gardens. I like wild nature. It's just the wilderness instinct in me I guess.
Science is defined in various ways but today it is generally restricted to something which is experimental which is repeatable which can be predicted and which is falsifiable.
A human being is a single being. Unique and unrepeatable.
