My government will be open. Anyone found guilty of corruption will be dealt with in accordance with the law. If you are corrupt you will have to hang your boots.
And understandably so that when you're in legal jeopardy you really cannot put yourself in a position to open yourself up to the media.
I think the American people understandably have sort of lost faith in the United Nations.
