The Framers of the Bill of Rights did not purport to 'create' rights. Rather they designed the Bill of Rights to prohibit our Government from infringing rights and liberties presumed to be preexisting.
But if you look at WorldCom which is the biggest failure to date they grew dramatically they were buying companies that were bigger than they were and they were doing it off inflated stock.
