It is exactly because we are a city that embraces freedom that welcomes everyone and encourages their dreams that New York remains on the front lines in the war on terror.

The Constitution remains brilliant in its overall design and sound with respect to the Bill of Rights and the separation of powers. But there are numerous archaic provisions that inhibit constructive change and adaptation. These constitutional bits affect the daily life of the republic and every citizen in it.

There are people who never experience that who remain closed until death from fear of change.

It is long since I could have adventured on eternity through God's mercy and Christ's merits but death remained somewhat terrible and that now is taken away and now death is no more to me but to cast myself into my husband's arms and to lie down with Him.
