If I were dying my last words would be: Have faith and pursue the unknown end.

It is a masterpiece of the devil to make us believe that children cannot understand religion. Would Christ have made a child the standard of faith if He had known that it was not capable of understanding His words?

Have no fear of moving into the unknown. Simply step out fearlessly knowing that I am with you therefore no harm can befall you all is very very well. Do this in complete faith and confidence.

Faith and doubt both are needed - not as antagonists but working side by side to take us around the unknown curve.

Address these environmental issues and you will address every issue known to man. And we keep dabbling in things that aren't really that important in the long term.

Some types of environmental restoration projects are well-known restored wetlands for instance or coal mine reclamation projects. Recently though larger dam removal projects have started a number of them in Washington state.

In every case the environmental hazards were made known only by independent scientists who were often bitterly opposed by the corporations responsible for the hazards.

Prejudices it is well known are most difficult to eradicate from the heart whose soil has never been loosened or fertilized by education they grow firm there firm as weeds among stones.

Do not suppose however that I intend to urge a diet of classics on anybody. I have seen such diets at work. I have known people who have actually read all or almost all the guaranteed Hundred Best Books. God save us from reading nothing but the best.
