I support legal immigration. I don't support amnesty because it is not fair to people standing in line at consulates around the world.

Let me remind you that nuclear disarmament is not just an ardent desire of the people as expressed in many resolutions of the United Nations. It is a legal commitment by the five official nuclear states entered into when they signed the Non-Proliferation Treaty.

Growing up my sisters and I would always talk stories. One of my frustrations was I didn't know anything about cameras. I didn't know how to make a film and I obviously didn't have a special effects budget. I was a kid. And one thing I definitely enjoyed personally from a selfish point of view was exploration and going to places that I had never been to before and learning you know meeting the people and getting to know new sights and sounds etc.

In the transmission of human culture people always attempt to replicate to pass on to the next generation the skills and values of the parents but the attempt always fails because cultural transmission is geared to learning not DNA.

Secretary Powell and I agree on every single issue that has ever been before this administration except for those instances where Colin's still learning.
