If you think of yourselves as helpless and ineffectual it is certain that you will create a despotic government to be your master. The wise despot therefore maintains among his subjects a popular sense that they are helpless and ineffectual.

I don't believe that government is good at picking technology particularly technology that is changing. By the time you get it done and go through democracy it's so outdated.

It is the duty of government to make it difficult for people to do wrong easy to do right.
