Quite often I can be in a bookshop standing beneath a great big picture of myself and paying for a book with a credit card clearly marked John Grisham yet no one recognises me. I often say I'm a famous author in a country where no one reads.

But I am Armenian and I understand what it is to lose a country and lose a family and have massacres and genocides and everything against my people.

Monarchists frequently declare that without the royal family Britain would be 'nothing.' What a woeful lack of love for one's country such statements express.

I want to deal with somebody who comes from another country to the United States and has a family that comes. I don't care if it's a black family from Jamaica or a Hispanic family from Mexico. These issues need to be dealt with but they need to be dealt with in the entertaining way.

Well one of the most important things for Americans to be reminded of is that a lot of the exceptional nature of our country is founded in Judeo-Christian values that promotes individualism personal responsibility a strong work ethic and a commitment to family charity.

One person may need (or want) more leisure another more work one more adventure another more security and so on. It is this diversity that makes a country indeed a state a city a church or a family healthy. 'One-size-fits-all ' and that size determined by the State has a name and that name is 'slavery.'

I've been to all 50 states and traveled this whole country and 90 percent of the people are good folks. The rest of them take after the other side of the family.

Life is not a matter of place things or comfort rather it concerns the basic human rights of family country justice and human dignity.

At a family's most difficult time I want to make sure at a minimum that they have the very basic of comforts: the ability to grieve their loss privately and the knowledge that their country is grateful for their loved one's sacrifice and service.

In the richest country in the history of the world this Obama economy has crushed the middle class. Family income has fallen by $4 0 but health insurance premiums are higher food prices are higher utility bills are higher and gasoline prices have doubled. Today more Americans wake up in poverty than ever before.

Perhaps the greatest social service that can be rendered by anybody to the country and to mankind is to bring up a family.

If a country is to be corruption free and become a nation of beautiful minds I strongly feel there are three key societal members who can make a difference. They are the father the mother and the teacher.

Greece's European neighbors were able step in and bolster the weak foundation on which Greece's free-spending budget was based. It would be difficult for any country or intergovernmental organization to rescue an economy the size of the U.S. if investors were ever to lose faith in our bonds because of our enormous debt.

There will be trying times during Obama's presidency and liberty will need staunch defenders. Can Obama reshape liberalism to be as it was under F.D.R. a fighting faith unapologetically patriotic and strong in the defense of liberty? That would be a service to our country.

I am convinced we shall succeed. I have faith in this country because I have faith in its people.

Americans are fascinated by their own love of shopping. This does not make them unique. It's just that they have more to buy than most other people on the planet. And it's also an affirmation of faith in their country.

It's really important to say this. Often the faith schools were founded before the state provided education. I want good education in this country so I'm not going to slag off faith schools. I think that it's important that people of different backgrounds and different faiths go to school together and many faith schools do that.

It's also reflective of a young person's religion or faith in that it's highly charged with sacramental imagery and with country imagery because I was in the seminary for so many years in the country.

How do I love Tim McGraw? Let me count the ways: I love that he's a country boy with a city sensibility. I love that he refuses to be pegged and his duet with Nelly proves it. And I really love that he had the brains to marry Faith Hill.

I believe in faith family and country. I really keep it that simple.
