America's growth historically has been fueled mostly by investment education productivity innovation and immigration. The one thing that doesn't seem to have anything to do with America's growth rate is a brutal work schedule.

The dilemma of modern medicine and the underlying central flaw in medical education and most of all in the training of interns is the irresistible drive to do something anything. It is expected by patients and too often agreed to by their doctors in the face of ignorance.

Never let life impede on your ability to manifest your dreams. Dig deeper into your dreams and deeper into yourself and believe that anything is possible and make it happen.
