All art comes from other art and all immigrants come from other places.

Art is not necessary at all. All that is necessary to make this world a better place to live in is to love - to love as Christ loved as Buddha loved.

To me photography is an art of observation. It's about finding something interesting in an ordinary place... I've found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.

Color in certain places has the great value of making the outlines and structural planes seem more energetic.

Architecture should speak of its time and place but yearn for timelessness.

Bosnia is under my skin. It's the place you cannot leave behind. I was obsessed by the nightmare of it all there was this sense of guilt and an anger that has become something much deeper over these last years.

'True Blood' is amazing. I have to give a shout out to 'Melrose Place' because I do watch. I love 'Entourage.' One of my favorite shows back in the day was 'Friday Night Lights.'

I'm crazy about my father he's an amazing man a real adventurer. He took us with him to travel all over the world. We were in places that were so remote that white people hardly ever reach them.
