Experience has taught me how important it is to just keep going focusing on running fast and relaxed. Eventually it passes and the flow returns. It's part of racing.

All I know is that history repeats itself and people are going to want to experience the world. But I know then they are going to have a better appreciation for what is here in Maine.

The real cure for our environmental problems is to understand that our job is to salvage Mother Nature. We are facing a formidable enemy in this field. It is the hunters... and to convince them to leave their guns on the wall is going to be very difficult.

For me going vegan was an ethical and environmental decision. I'm doing the right thing by the animals.

The only way forward if we are going to improve the quality of the environment is to get everybody involved.
