States have the responsibility to create rules and conditions for growth and development and to channel the benefits to all citizens by providing education and making people able to participate in the economies and in decision-making.

In the 1970s we got nouvelle cuisine in which a lot of the old rules were kicked over. And then we had cuisine minceur which people mixed up with nouvelle cuisine but was actually fancy diet cooking.

People tell you the world looks a certain way. Parents tell you how to think. Schools tell you how to think. TV. Religion. And then at a certain point if you're lucky you realize you can make up your own mind. Nobody sets the rules but you. You can design your own life.
