John Kerry believes in an America where hard work is rewarded.

The most fundamental fact about the ideas of the political left is that they do not work. Therefore we should not be surprised to find the left concentrated in institutions where ideas do not have to work in order to survive.

And where I excel is ridiculous sickening work ethic. You know while the other guy's sleeping? I'm working.

It took a lot of blood sweat and tears to get to where we are today but we have just begun. Today we begin in earnest the work of making sure that the world we leave our children is just a little bit better than the one we inhabit today.

If you have built castles in the air your work need not be lost that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them.

We need to steer clear of this poverty of ambition where people want to drive fancy cars and wear nice clothes and live in nice apartments but don't want to work hard to accomplish these things. Everyone should try to realize their full potential.

There is a vast world of work out there in this country where at least 111 million people are employed in this country alone - many of whom are bored out of their minds. All day long.

And verily a woman need know but one man well in order to understand all men whereas a man may know all women and understand not one of them.

For any of us in this room today let's start out by admitting we're lucky. We don't live in the world our mothers lived in our grandmothers lived in where career choices for women were so limited.

All places where women are excluded tend downward to barbarism but the moment she is introduced there come in with her courtesy cleanliness sobriety and order.

I remember when the wave of Jennifer Lopez Salma Hayek and these beautiful Hispanic women came into light and I looked up to them and I loved them but I was like 'Where are Middle Eastern women?'

There is a real vulgarity in the way women dress at the moment. They show off too much and try too hard. They don't understand where the line is between sexy and vulgar. I know where that line is.

We are victims of evil customs. It is a crime against humanity that our women are shut up within the four walls of the houses as prisoners. There is no sanction anywhere for the deplorable condition in which our women have to live.

I hate women because they always know where things are.
